is very flexible. You can extend the rental or cancel at any time. Leasing, like buying,
can't be cancelled without a 'severe penalty' once you have committed. Leasing is a
fixed arrangement. Renting to totally flexible.

 contract is made which is an agreement between our company and the customer / customer's company.
The customer must only accept the goods in good working condition and the products should be properly
checked.
The company agrees to make any number of breakdown calls, to keep the product(s) operating.
The contract has a validity period specified in it. If the customer wants to extend the period a new
contract will be made.
Any physical damage to the products will be borne by the customer.
The company has full rights to get back its products in case of delays in payments for more than 1
months from the bill date.
The company is not responsible for any data loss occurred during any installation or normal operation
of the products.
The company is purely not bound for any particular software related problems.
The company is not responsible for any legal actions happening against the customer if/for any
misuse of, or illegal use of any software(s).
